About this course
A full look at how the interior department operates, for senior stews moving into chief steward/ess roles. Bundles IAMI GUEST Units 17, 22, 30, 36 and 44 plus TCA certificates — oversees both service and housekeeping sides of the department rather than specialising in one.
Prerequisites: 24 months' sea service with 120 guest days, or 10 months with 60 guest days from Senior/Head of Department CoC issuance; 18+, good English, working knowledge of onboard SOPs and administration.
