What this site is

SuperyachtCourses.com is an independent, informational comparison resource for superyacht crew training courses. We research and publish course pricing, duration, certifying bodies and schedules gathered from training providers' own websites. We are not a training provider ourselves, we are not affiliated with any provider listed on the site unless explicitly stated, and we never take bookings or payments. Every course listed is booked and paid for directly with the provider, not through us.

Accuracy — please confirm before booking

We research and re-verify course data on a weekly cycle, and every course carries a “last verified” date so you can see how current it is. Even so, providers change prices, dates and course details without notice, and our review process is periodic, not a live feed. Course information on this site is provided for planning purposes and comes with no guarantee of accuracy or availability. Always confirm current pricing, dates and terms directly with the provider before booking or paying for anything.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site — including our career tool, budget estimator, training roadmaps or guides — is professional, legal, immigration, financial or certification advice. It's general information to help you research your options. Certification requirements (MCA, STCW, RYA, IAMI/GUEST and others) are set by the relevant certifying bodies, not by us, and can change; confirm requirements with the certifying body or provider directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the site using automated tools, other than standard search engine indexing;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the site's normal operation;
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms; or
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The way we've organized, compiled, formatted and presented course and provider data — the site design, text, comparison tools and datasets — belongs to SuperyachtCourses.com. Course names, provider names, logos and certifying-body marks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners, and we reference them only to describe and compare their real, publicly offered courses.

Advertising

The site may display advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguished from our own editorial content. We don't control the content of third-party ads and aren't responsible for the products, services or claims of advertisers.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperyachtCourses.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site, or from any decision made or transaction entered into based on information found here — including a course booking made with a third-party provider. Your relationship with any training provider is exclusively between you and that provider.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the U.S. state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
