Superyacht training courses in Cape Town
Cape Town is the Southern Hemisphere's main superyacht hub, busiest during the Southern Ocean's summer season (roughly November to April) when yachts cross the Atlantic to avoid the Caribbean hurricane season.
It's a growing base for both refit work and crew training, with a smaller but capable set of schools covering STCW and core deck/interior certifications for crew joining boats on the South African leg of the season.
